Directions:
- Gently rub a drop of oil onto temples, wrists or behind the ears.
- Baths: Add 5 - 10 drops of the oil to a warm run bath.
- Massage: add 5 - 6 drops of oil onto your hands & apply liberally to the skin.
- Burners and Diffusers: Fill the bowl of the burner/vaporiser with water and then add 3 - 6 drops of oil. Light the candle and the oil will evaporate as the water heats up. Do not let the bowl dry out.

- Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
