Directions:
- Take 2 x capsules (per dose) twice a day.
- Take 2 x capsules in the morning before food and 2 x capsules in the evening after food.
- Consume between 500ml to 1L of water with each dosage.
- Drinking 2L of water per day during the cleanse is recommended.
- Repeat the program every few months and stay within recommended dosages.
