Directions:
- For the first week, take 1 scoop in a glass of water or juice.
- From the second week, take 2 scoops in a glass of water every morning.
- It is ideal for taking in the morning, on an empty stomach 1 - 2 hours before your first meal but can also be taken with your morning coffee or a smoothie.
