Directions:
- Mix 1 sachet of powder into 750ml to 1000ml (1 L) of water, then stir for 30 seconds.

I have tried so many of the hyped electrolyte sachets on the market. They honestly all tasted gross, that I'd reluctantly choke it down post work out just to get it done.
