Also, a BIG PLUS, is that it doesn't really racoon or smudge, and even if I've lied down, the fall out wipes off with a wet finger, no cleansers required for touch-ups.

Even when I use a make-up remover pad, I still end up with smudged mascara under my eyes after I've rinsed off the make-up remover with water. I have even pre-washed my face in the shower, ended up with black smudge which I then removed with eye make-up remover, just to find some more smudging when I rinsed my eyes with water. After all of this I normally wake up the following morning with new black smudging below my eyes. You have to wait for it to dry after application. But once it is dry it stays there! Once I even had a big cry half way through the day, and thought "Oh dear! My mascara is probably everywhere!" - it hadn't budged at all!! I wouldn't swim with it on though... (perhaps I should test that out)
Like the other reviewers have said, it isn't easy to get off, and once you start removing it does make you look like a panda. Washing gently, and then using a make up remover with a gentle sponge and gentle wipes, it does come off.

In that regard, and in comparison with competitive products out there:
Price: Excellent
Usability: I like the short brush, as it provides good overall coverage. You do have to be a bit neat with application, otherwise you get a bit of a smudged look (for my eye shape) and you have to give the product time to dry. Because I am always in a rush in the mornings, that annoys me slightly and is the only reason one star is deducted.
I find it cleans off very easily and lasts the distance.
