Directions
- Take 2 capsules daily, on an empty stomach with clean filtered water.
- NB: Drink a minimum of 350ml filtered water when taking the capsules.
- Only take on an empty stomach OR 1 hour before meals OR 3 hours after meals.
Warnings
This product is not recommended for those who have had organ transplants.

07/10/2025, By KimBought this for my mum who is a heart patient. High bp and heart murmer. She can't take medication because they can elevate her bp even more, very good and safe supplement. She said she has been sleeping better and feels well rested. Her heart doesn't race and we are on the first bottle still. I had a heart attack in August 2017 and 4 stents were inserted. I have not been feeling very well since then. Very tired and aching legs. I decided to try your product but it is a bit soon, only 10 days, to really asses it. I will continue and let you know at a later date.
