My salt lamp runs 24/7 and this little bulb lasts about 3-6 months. it heats up the lamp nicely too which prevents the lamp from "sweating". The only brand I have found that lasts is one called Illumenova. My current globe is now going for 2.5 months already which is a record for the years I have been using a salt lamp.
