- Selenium functions as part of the antioxidant enzyme, glutathione peroxidase (GP), which works with vitamin E in preventing free radical damage
- Research shows that low selenium levels have been found in people with cataracts and taking this supplement has been seen to prevent further growth

I think it’s well priced considering it’s a combination of vitamins. Mind you , ALL organic and high quality absorption , have noticed a difference with thyroid17/09/2024, By Fussy Vegan chicI love the ingredients of this product, but it is rather pricey so usually have to think twice before adding it
