A family member (female) has been using it for about 15 years now and she has never experienced any menopausal type of symptoms, no breast cysts or PMS etc. A GP actually told her years ago that taking EPO prohibits breast cysts from forming. I've used it. My daughter has used it for years. It helps with menstrual acne, PMS. We take it at night. Unfortunately it does trigger a nasty headache and my body just doesn't seem to get used to it, as they say you have to give your body time to balance things out and adapt. Mine doesn't want to. I even give EPO to my highly highly anxious and sensitive border collie - she is 7 years old, not spayed. The veterinarian said I can give her x1 capsule each morning for a month, and then a month off kind of approach. The EPO actually helps her to become calmer, not so moody and she just seems happier.
