Ingredient Spotlight:- Nettle: is rich in vitamins A, C, and K, silica, magnesium. Silica is a trace mineral that helps the body produce collagen.

Directions:

I only had 1 pimple compare to multiple that would appear during my periods which faded in just 3 days.
