Hummus Recipe:Blend the following ingredients together & refrigerate.
1 cup chickpeas - thoroughly cooked
1/4 cup Tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
2 - 3 cloves of garlic
1 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
