Directions for Use
To Brew Hot- Add 1–2 teaspoons of tea blend to a cup.
- Pour over 1 cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water.
- Allow to steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy warm with honey and lemon if desired.
To Serve Iced
- Steep 3 teaspoons in 500ml hot water.
- Let cool, then refrigerate or pour over ice.
