Directions for Use
- To brew, add 1–2 teaspoons of tea blend to a cup.
- Pour 1 cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water over it.
- Allow to steep for 10–15 minutes, strain and enjoy hot or cold.
- Sweeten with honey if desired.
