THROW AWAY those chemical sleep aids - addictive and messing with your natural system - there IS a natural and highly effective remedy for insomnia and stress... persevere for around a month maybe two - it takes a while to get your system accustomed to it, but thereafter it's an absolute BOON. I get gorgeously sleepy and relaxed 20 minutes after taking it at night and sleep like a baby now. No more benzos or harmful chemicals.
