Directions:
Purest Omega 3 Dosage

• Adults & children 12 years & older take 1 - 3 capsules daily with or after meals.

Bio-Shoden Ashwagandha Dosage

If any of the following applies to you, please discuss the use of Purest Omega 3 with your doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare providers before you start taking it:

• You have a bleeding disorder or take antiplatelet medicines or anticoagulants. You mustn't exceed the recommended dose since Purest Omega 3 in high doses may also have a blood-thinning effect.
• You have asthma and are sensitive to aspirin.
• You have low blood pressure or are taking medicines to treat high blood pressure.
• You have diabetes.
• You are scheduled to undergo surgery. It is best to stop taking Purest Omega 3 two weeks before surgery because of its possible blood thinning effect.

Bio-Shoden Ashwagandha

• Not suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

• You have an auto-immune disease such as multiple sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), or others.
• Your thyroid gland is overactive, or you are taking thyroid hormones
• You must stop taking Bio-Shoden Ashwagandha 2 weeks before any surgical procedure.

Other medicines and Bio-Shoden Ashwagandha

• Always tell your healthcare provider if you are taking any other medicine. (This includes all complementary or traditional medicines.)
• Before taking Bio-Shoden Ashwagandha, please discuss the use of the following medicines or substances with your doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare providers:
• Medicines to treat diabetes: Bio-Shoden Ashwagandha may lower blood sugar levels, and you will need to check your blood sugar levels regularly (at least daily) when you start or stop treatment with Bio-Shoden Ashwagandha.
• Benzodiazepines such as diazepam or clonazepam: Bio-Shoden Ashwagandha may have an additive effect and may therefore give rise to an increase in sedative and adverse effects.
• Other medicines, including complementary medicines (e.g., herbs or supplements), to relieve anxiety or to assist with sleep: taking Bio-Shoden Ashwagandha in combination with such medicines may increase sedative and adverse effects.

Biomax PQQ

• If you are taking antihypertensive medication, have a bleeding disorder or blood thinning medication or are pregnant, consult your healthcare professional before using Biomax® PQQ with CoQ10.
• Not recommended for use while you are breastfeeding.
• If you are scheduled to undergo surgery, stop taking Biomax PQQ two weeks prior to surgery because of its possible influence on blood pressure.
• For cancer patients, please discuss using Biomax PQQ with your oncologist before use.
