Directions:

• Diffuse 5 - 10 drops of Anxiety Away Blend in your diffuser, car diffuser or diffuser jewellery.
• Alternatively, inhalation may be the most effective use of this blend. However, you can also dilute Open Airways with a preferred carrier oil and apply it to the face along the sinuses, chest and wrists.
• Use a recommended 2% dilution for skin application.
