- Gentle on pets' skin, but tough on ticks, fleas and pests.
- This spray is a great way to keep those unwelcome visitors out of your furry friends' hair.
- Khakibos has always proven to be a great flea and tick repellent.
- In days gone by people would cover their carpets and curtains with Khakibos in order to repel fleas and ticks.
- It's also a popular natural pest repellent used in organic herb gardens.
Please Note: This spray is ideal for dogs; most cats will prefer our Vondi's Khakibos Powder instead!
- Spray directly onto your pet or their linen as it is very gentle on the skin.
- This should be applied at least 3 times per week
- Khakibos oil is extracted from the leaves, stalks and flowers and picked when the seeds are just starting to form. The main chemical components are tagetone, limonene, valeric acid and ocimene. This is infused with Camomile and Rosemary extract.
8 out of 11 people would recommend this product14/08/2018, By LindaOnly been using for short period but seems effective for my cats. Gave some to my daughter for her Scottish terrier 's itchy skin and it helps!!! Love the smell.
Will definitely order again.06/11/2017, By JdeVI love using this product on my Yorkie. It certainly keeps him free from those horrible fleas.06/10/2017, By TraceyYou have to be consistent for it to work06/06/2017, By SharonThe smell is good and strong which is encouraging (I say it 'seems good' as I've only started with it so it's too early to really tell - may be that there are less ticks in the cold right now). I'm looking forward to see how it pans out. I would suggest a different spray bottle as this one doesn't work very well.
11/01/2017, By ShariHaven seen much improvement with using this product for fleas. The fleas still remain on the animal even after a few uses.17/05/2016, By RobynWith her long shaggy coat and love for running in the bush, my dog is an absolute tick magnet. Plus, because of her sensitive skin, she gets a hyper reaction to even one flea on her skin. This spray has been amazing as a repellent and she gets a quick spray before most walks, especially in spring and early summer.06/04/2015, By Lelaniethe problem I have with natural flea repellents is that it do just that, it repels fleas, but only for as long as the scent last. I don find it very effective to spray my pets all the time in order for them to be flea free... I want something that actually kills the fleas to stop breeding.23/09/2013, By Judithgreat product but the spray mechanism is awful - this doesn deter my purchasing though!01/12/2011, By BarbaraA little tip about the Vondis Khakibos Spray. The other day my husband came inside and told me he was being eaten alive by mosquitos. He quite promptly picked up the spray and sprayed his legs. When I asked him why he was using the pet spray he said he thought it was the stuff I had bought for mosquitos.. Anyway it worked like a charm and I’ve been using it ever since as a mosquito repellent. Smells good and is so much easier to apply. Who would have thought that an innocent mistake could actually help.05/11/2011, By GillianI bought this spray along witht he shampoo and my dog seems very happy. After you spray it, he rubs himself all over his bed which in turn massages this spray into his fur. We've been using it for a few weeks and theres been no signs of any fleas and he doesn't scratch anymore. His coat seems softer and shinier too. Love this product for my pet! Highly recommend!
