Directions:

• Immerse the sea moss in alkaline natural spring water with a pH level above 7.
• Delicately massage the sea moss to remove any fleeting remnants of debris or sand.
• Repeat this rinsing process three times.
• For tea: Rinse 1-2 pieces daily.
• As a gel: Consume 1-2 tablespoons of the daily.
• As a facemask: Apply 15ml of the facemask as needed.
