24/02/2026, By RpenI take something from England called Vollagen from Time Health. It’s a great mix of amino acids that make my hair and skin amazing. I was hoping this would replace it but instead of giving me energy and glowing skin it completely tanks my mood and energy. Not sure why since other aminos make me buzzy. I’m also one of those genetic makeups that is sensitive to supplements. B complexes make me moody and I have to cycle herbs as they make my hormones tip within a few weeks. If your system isn’t sensitive than maybe you can take them long enough to see a difference. I really thought given the ingredients that these aminos would be similar to the ones I buy in England. I see an effect within days with those. Sadly not true with these.06/10/2020, By SariBought this to supplement a vegan diet.
