- 5ml per day = 1000mg of vitamin C

We're sorry to hear you are suffering from heart burn. we know how painful that can be. If you are taking PPI medication you will find you are actually in a Vitamin deficiency, so it is vital that you do get your daily dose of vitamins. However the amount that you take is very important as too much can make us acidic.
Some great natural remedies that work for me are drinking Aloe Juice, and even baking soda at times. :) Please keep us in the loop, we would love to hear from you.
