Directions:
- Individuals 12 years and older: take 1 capsule daily, with or without food.
- Alternatively, take as recommended by your healthcare provider.
Caution:
- Avoid use if your immune system is compromised – this may be due to, amongst others, AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome), lymphoma or long-term use of corticosteroids.
- You should not take IBSupport if your immune system is suppressed or compromised, as you may be at risk of developing an infection from the live and active micro-organisms in the formulation.

Sugar (total 0.041 g per capsule), consisting of: Maltose (0.039 g), Sucrose, Galactose, Glucose, Fructose, Lactose monohydrate, Maltodextrin, Magnesium stearate and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (hypromellose - capsule).
