Directions:

• Place your mat on your mattress and connect the grounding mat cable to the ground/earth port of a properly grounded outlet.
• Grounding mats do not connect to any electrical power.

• Roll the mat for storage rather than folding.
• Clean the mat using a diluted mild, non-abrasive detergent and water solution.
• Simply wipe the surface gently with a soft cloth or sponge.

• Avoid soaking the mat and allow it to air dry completely before using it again.
• Avoid exposing the mat to extreme temperatures.

• Keep away from sharp objects that could still cut or knick the material.
• If the mat is showing visible signs of wear and tear, such as cracks, tears, punctures, or delamination of the polyurethane material, then it may be necessary to replace it.
