Directions:
- Place 1 tablespoon (approximately 2g) of tea into a tea infuser.
- Heat water to 75°C (167°F) and pour over the tea.
- Steep for 1 - 2 minutes, adjusting steeping time for desired strength.
- Tea leaves may be steeped multiple times, yielding 2-3 pots of tea.
- Adjust steeping time accordingly for subsequent infusions.

- Store in a dry, cool area away from sunlight.
