Directions:
- Place 1 tablespoon (approximately 2g) of tea into a tea infuser.
- Boil water and let it cool slightly to 100°C (212°F).
- Steep for 3 - 6 minutes, adjusting steeping time for desired strength.
- Tea leaves may be steeped multiple times, yielding 2 - 3 pots of tea.
- Adjust steeping time accordingly for subsequent infusions.

- Use with caution if pregnant and/or breastfeeding. If you have any concerns, consult with your primary health care provider.
Care Instructions:
- Store in a dry, cool area away from sunlight.
- Once opened, store in an airtight container or a resealable bag.
