Directions:
- Take 1 x capsule daily with or without food.

- Avoid use if you have kidney and liver disease.
- Stop use at least two weeks before surgery.
- Not suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding as saffron may stimulate uterine contractions, increasing the risk of miscarriage.
- Do not use if you experience mood disorders such as bipolar, anxiety, depression, since saffron influences serotonin levels, it may trigger manic episodes in individuals with bipolar disorder or interact with antidepressants (SSRIs, MAOIs).
- Avoid use if you have bleeding disorders or are taking blood thinners (warfarin, aspirin).
- Avoid use if you have low blood pressure (Hypertension) or are taking antihypertensive medication.
