Directions:

  • Adults: For oral consumption, add 1 - 2 tablespoons (15 - 30ml) in hot water or soak overnight.
  • Blend in with your favourite smoothie or drink and use 1 - 2 x per day.
  • Topically: Soak in hot water or overnight. Blend to form a gel. Apply the gel topically to the skin for skin conditions and to ease inflammation.

Caution:

  • Not suitable for use during pregnancy and lactation.
  • Consult your healthcare provider before consuming or applying Sea Moss if you are sensitive or allergic to iodine, suffer from conditions that affect your thyroid, have a medical condition or are currently taking other medication or supplements.

Care Instructions:
