Directions:
- Place 1/3 cup of healing Salt in the provided reusable bath tea bag.
- Steep the bag in a small amount of boiling water in the bath for at least 10 minutes to infuse the herbs.
- Fill the bath with water to your desired temperature and level, then hop in.
OR
- Steep 1/4 cup of herbs in 500ml of boiling water for an hour, then cool and strain. Use the herbal liquid to soak a maternity pad and freeze for a padsicle, or pour into a bottle for a wash or spray.
