Because coconut oil has such a high smoke point, it is very stable at high temperatures and won’t lose valuable nutrients during cooking.
Please Note: Coconut oil is solid at room temperature and becomes liquid in warmer weather.

I love the fact that its odorless - I can stand the scent of Coconut - it makes me sick! So if you also can stand the scent - use this coconut product.
