Directions:
- Add 1 scoop (level) to 350-500ml of water, stir or shake well.
- Alternatively, add 2 scoops to 500-750ml of water, stir or shake well.

Having Kokee electrolyte mix in my easy to grab waterbottle between lessons, has been the best decision I’ve made so far for 2026. It keeps me hydrated and sustains my energy throughout the day, especially when I have not had time to eat. I stand for +-10 hours a day and noticed that my legs are not cramping anymore either.
