Directions:
- Mix sachet powder with 750ml water, shake or stir well.
- Add more water to suit your taste.
- Use 1 sachet per day for low-carb diets, intermittent fasting or moderate exercise.
- Use 1 sachet per 2 hours for intensive exercise.
- Do not exceed 2 sachets per day (except for endurance sport events)
Caution:

I started using this during my pregnancy, and after trying the flavored versions, I find that I prefer the raw one. With a bit of lemon squeezed in, it tastes great.
