Do you have a question?
What makes Mesquite such an amazing Superfood?- The natural sweetness in the pods comes from fructose which doesn’t require insulin to be metabolised, making it safe for diabetics.
- Rich in dietary fibre, the nutrients in mesquite are absorbed slowly, effectively balancing blood sugar and preventing hunger.
- Mesquite is an excellent protein source at 17% protein, higher than nearly every grain and many nuts or seeds.
- The presence of L-Lysine supports the reduction of anxiety.
How to use Mesquite Powder:
Mesquite has a sweet, slightly nutty flavour, with a hint of molasses. It can be used as a natural and nutritious sweetener in recipes and is an excellent flavouring for raw chocolates and smoothies. It can also be used in baking or as a seasoning on food.
Our Mesquite Powder is a whole food that is sustainably harvested. The ripe pods are picked and milled into a fine powder.
Ingredients:
100% Pure Mesquite powder, contains no harmful toxins and is organic. -

02/12/2025, By MichThe high amounts of Magnesium in this help with calmness, muscle stiffness and general feelings of wellbeing, I add it to my morning Oats. It tastes sweet, best paired with the organic Cocoa from the same range (I do 1 teaspoon Cocoa and 2 tsp Mesquite every morning in 45/50g of Oats.) Has such a strong affect on my mood I can't go without it - also helps curb morning sugar cravings.28/04/2025, By KyleighTasty, nutritious and good value for money. I add it to my oats every morning and it makes them way tastier.
