11/04/2026, By RpenHope this helps someone with gut issues - I’ve used this with New Leaf Bio Cultures Probiotic & Now Foods Nattokinase to heal my long time gut and microbiome issues. You need a good probiotic and Protease enzyme about 12 hours a part. Proteases break down the biofilms and the good probiotic populates to take up space in your microbiome. When using for that, you take it 1-2hrs before or after eating. I use one Bio Cultures + this Dairy Digest when waking up then one Bio Cultures + Nattokinase about 12 hours later when I feel it wearing off. Literally my stomach starts swelling again and the inflammation creeps back into my body. It’s been 2 months now and the results are amazing. Digestion is wonderful, stomach flat, clear head. I limit gluten and dairy to outings with friends. Before the meal I take one of these Dairy Digest & a Now Foods Gluten Digest. If it’s ice cream I add in a pure Lactase chewable tablet after and I’m good to go. I struggled for years to find this a combo to balance my body. Doctors wanted to put me on permanent antibiotics because of my gut issues but I knew that wasn’t the answer. What I mentioned above along with one Centrum Women’s Multi cut up and dosed with each meal has been a game changer. Dairy Digest has high protease and it doesn’t upset my stomach or make me hungry in the mornings. Bromelain & papain were too intense, hurt my stomach or made me starving. Magically the dairy digest is just right for the morning protease & New Leaf Bio Cultures is the only one of twenty probiotics that didn’t trigger overgrowth, bloat, odor, etc. Everyone’s body is different but keep experimenting. Severe gut issues can heal. I avoided surgery & antibiotics and I feel better than ever :)
