Directions:
Prebiotic + Probiotic:- Take 1 capsule daily.
- This supplement does not have sedative or stimulant properties and can be taken in the morning or evening.

The Debloat + Gut Glow feels incredibly gentle and supportive and I’ve noticed my digestion feels better balanced and comfortable. The Prebiotic + Probiotic is the best I’ve tried.
