Directions:
- Mix ¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water and drink once or twice daily or as directed by your health practitioner.
 - Make a paste by mixing Bhringraj Powder with some water to form a thick paste. Apply on scalp and hair and gently massage for 2-3 minutes.
 - Leave on hair for 30-45 minutes.
 - Wash thoroughly with water, condition and style as usual.
 - Alternatively, mix Bhringraj Powder with Amla Powder and water to make a paste and apply to the hair.
 - These herbs can also be combined with heated coconut oil or other cold-pressed hair oils (Argan, Jojoba) to make a conditioning oil treatment.
