They're expensive, but it's nice to have an option with some organic ingredients - especially the flour. I'll have to do another order to do some more quality control :)25/11/2025, By RosThe first two times I bought these rusks I loved them. They were just what I'd wanted - spelt flour, not too much sugar, and that nice coconut sugar taste. Unfortunately the second two occasions they were totally burnt, which not only do I not like the taste of burnt, but I don't believe it's good to eat, and also stale. I didn't know a rusk could get stale, but this batch were for sure. FtN support, usually so helpful, didn't bother to respond to my complaint. Did not enjoy them - too little salt / the salt-sugar balance is not right, or something. And they were expensive too.
