Directions:
- For best results, soak 1 cup of dried mung beans in water for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Then, drain and rinse.
- Simmer in 3 cups of water for 30 - 40 minutes or until tender.
- Drain the beans and incorporate them into your dishes.
Care Instructions:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Once opened, reseal the ziplock or store in an airtight container.
