Directions:

• Stuff the insert inside the pocket of the nappy.
• Place it under the baby's bottom and fasten it around the waist, similar to how you would fasten a disposable diaper.
• No folding, no pinning, no covers, nothing.
• Fancypants reusable cloth diapers are fully adjustable, fitting most babies from birth to potty training.

Please Note:

• Fancypants reusable cloth nappies need to be washed once before their first use.
• Do not use bum cream as it will interfere with the absorbency of the nappy.
• If your baby needs bum cream, then place a liner in the nappy to protect it from the cream.

Care Instructions:

• There is no need to soak the nappies in any type of sterilising solution as this will interfere with the absorbency of the nappy.
• Remove the baby’s soiled nappy, throw any large pieces of poo in the toilet and toss the dirty nappy into a dry bucket with a lid.
• When it’s laundry time, dump the contents of the bucket into the washing machine.
• The inserts agitate out of the pocket during the washing cycle, so there's no need for you to remove them in advance and risk touching anything dirty.
• Add your soapnut wash bag or detergent and set the washing machine to a cold water rinse cycle or a normal wash cycle.
• This step will remove the ‘yucky’ stuff.
• Then wash the nappies with the soapnuts or detergent at 30-40 degrees on a normal cycle.
• You can add an extra rinse if you like to ensure no detergent builds up on the nappies or inserts.
• Hang the nappies and inserts out to dry in the sun or tumble dry on a low setting.
• Fancy Pants reusable cloth nappies are designed to last, but the way you wash and care for them will ensure they perform well for longer.
