Directions:

• All-Purpose Cleaner:
• Mix ½ cup of washing soda with 4L of warm water to clean tiles, grout, and ovens or to degrease pots, pans, and braai grills.

Laundry Booster:

• Add ½ cup of washing soda per load directly into the drum of your washing machine to soften water and boost detergent performance.

Stain Remover:

• Dissolve ½ cup of washing soda in warm water and soak fabrics overnight to tackle tough stains like grease, coffee, and tea.
• Avoid using on delicate fabrics.

Drain Cleaner:

• Pour 1 cup of washing soda down the drain, follow with 2-3 cups of boiling water, and let sit for 30 minutes.
• Flush with tap water to clear clogs.

Garden Spray:

• Mix ½ cup of washing soda in 4L of water and spray on plants to repel aphids.

Silver Shine:

• Line a container with aluminium foil, add ½ cup of washing soda and 4L of hot water, and soak silver items for 15 minutes.
• Rinse and buff dry.
