I started with 1 for 3 days, then 2 capsules for 1 day and thn 3 capsules the fifth day twice a day. The next day I got severe flu simptoms, where my chest was closed up and I was struggling to draw breath. I carried on for 2 days and then I stopped the capsules. The next day my chest was completely opened with only head aches and sore teethgums. The second day all the symptoms were gone. So this stuff works definitely. I will definitely give it another try after my holidays.
