Organic Coconut Oil withstands high temperatures and does not breakdown easily compared to other oils, preventing the development of free-radicals and trans fats at high heat. Unlike the polyunsaturated oils that easily combine with oxygen in air to become rancid, Coconut Oil has a natural resistance to oxidation.
Organic Coconut Oil is rich in Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs), which are known to have many health benefits. These include its antimicrobial properties and weight management effects. MCTs are different from the longer chain fatty acids (LCTs) found in other plant-based oils. LCTs are typically stored as fat, while MCTs are burned up quickly by the body for energy.

Usage Instructions- Ideal for use in baking, frying, desserts, smoothies and shakes. A Natural Spread for use in place of margarine or butter. Does not require refrigeration. To melt oil, place jar in warm water. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 1 year of opening.
