Directions:

• Before you begin, ensure your mask is charged using the provided Micro-USB cable (est. 30 mins).
• It is recommended to start off with a 5-minute session and gradually increase the time by 2 minutes over a period of 2 weeks until reaching the full 15 minutes.
• Cleanse your skin and place the shield comfortably over your face.
• Press the power button located on the left side of the device to start your LED therapy session.
• To change your light source, press the power button to select between Red, Blue, or Amber depending on the desired treatment therapy.
• The mask is on a self-timer in 15-minute increments.
• To switch to another color click the power button until you reach your color of choice.
• To power down press and hold the power button until the light has turned off (about 2-3 seconds).

Please Note:

• On rare occasions, skin reactions can occur.
• Although this mask does not have lights around the eye area, it's best to wear eye protection or goggles when using any LED face mask to protect your eyes.

• Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding or have cardiovascular conditions (e.g., high blood pressure, heart disease).
• Do not use if you have a fever, pacemaker or other implanted devices.
• Do not use it if you have haemophilia or other bleeding disorders.
• Do not use if you have skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis
• Do not use if you have active cancer or have had recent surgery or an injury.
