Recipe for Rosemary Roasted Cashews:
- 500g By Nature Raw Cashews
- 2tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
- ½tsp cayenne pepper
- 2tsp dark brown sugar
- 2tsp salt
- 1tbsp melted butter/ coconut oil
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Bake the cashews on an ungreased baking sheet for about 10min, until they are warmed through.
- Combine the rosemary, pepper, sugar, salt & butter/ oil in a large bowl. Toss the warm cashews with the rosemary mixture until they are completely coated. Serve warm.
