Directions:
- Thoroughly brush twice a day or as recommended by a dentist.

I dont like the shape of the top of the tube. the opening for the toothpaste needs to be raised and not flat like for handcreams. Just a niggle but its a great product. No more standard toothpaste tubes into a landfill for me.
