• When you switch it on, the thermometer conducts a self-test. You do not need to check the measurement accuracy.
• Influencing factors such as Alcohol consumption and unusual body signals such as fever, disrupted sleep, mood, or out-of-the-ordinary physical activity may also distort your basal temperature and make it unusable for evaluation.
