I noticed that when I was taking it I stopped coughing and had no nose dripping (excessive mucus) which was the case before I used this juice. I started coughing again about two weeks after the juice finished. I just placed an order for 3 bottles. I pray that this will not be discontinued as it is a miracle healing natural juice.
I recommend this to anyone with any form of gut issues.

I was taking 1 tablespoon twice a day, but noticed it loosened my tummy, so I take 1 tablespoon per day in the morning on an empty stomach. I bought it specifically for acid reflux but haven't seen the results yet. I think it is more effective for constipation. Only time will tell. The taste is great and it has a puree consistency and taste good.
