Since incorporating sea moss into my routine, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my overall well-being. My energy levels are up, I feel more focused throughout the day, and there’s a general sense of vitality that wasn’t there before. I read up about it and it's benefits and it's been a few days since using it. I blended it warm water and take 1 teaspoon every morning before breakfast. I like that it doesn't really have 'taste'. I like the earthy aftertaste it gives off. Will see how it goes after a month. So far, so good.
