Directions:

• Take 2 x tablespoons daily and drink with natural spring water.
• Add to pasta sauces, smoothies, baked goods, gummies and porridge.
• Apply topically to skin for 30-40 minutes daily.
• Apply to the scalp with avocado for 30 minutes as a hair mask
