Directions:
- Hold the interdental brush at a 90-degree angle to your teeth, and gently insert it between your teeth.
- Use a gentle back-and-forth motion to clean the space between your teeth. Be careful not to apply too much pressure, as this can damage your gums.
- Move the brush in and out of the space between your teeth several times, making sure to clean all sides of each tooth.
- After cleaning between each tooth, rinse the interdental brush under running water to remove any debris.
Care Instructions:
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Before disposing of the bamboo toothbrush, you need to remove the bristles first.
- After removing the bristles, you can compost the bamboo handle of the interdental brush.
