21/12/2023, By JulianTap didn't make it to 4 months even, before the spring broke through the plastic and wouldn't turn off. If you disassemble the tap completely, before that happens, and fit a thin, broad washer between the lever arm and the circular base it rides on, it will prevent it wearing out and will distribute the pressure better.
I managed to repair mine after the fact, using 2 washers, but it's not the same.
Or just get rid of your stefani products and get another brand.23/10/2023, By EduardoI could never recommend this product. The quality has nosedived on this fully plastic object over the years, with the last one bought lasting less that 4 months! I think Faithful should stop selling this ASAP, its a single use plastic nightmare. Please search for a stainless steal or brass 16mm spigot instead - trust me you'll be happier for it.

The quality of this accessory has deteriorated markedly over the years. We have had our urn for 15 years now and our first tap lasted 10 years. Now I have lost 2 taps in less than 12 months. I do feel the supplier needs to look at this. Not at all a reflection on Faithful to Nature - your service is always tops.
