Directions:

• Shake well and spray directly on affected areas.
• Alternatively, spray into hands and then pat on the affected area.
• Use cotton wool soaked with the solution to treat bruises and minor burns.
• Leave it on for 5 minutes.
• Avoid the eye area.
• Repeat after 10 to 20 minutes (or shorter intervals) if noticeable relief has not set in.
• Safe for frequent and continuous use (use it anywhere, any time, and as often as required).
